as posted by the channelI suspect the reason a lot of it (the expansion of NATO) is of course it generates a lot of money for the arms industry and the arms industry would have been terrified if the Cold War comes to an end we're gonna have to shut it down. So I think constantly ramping up this fear, the fear that we have around a threat and all that we need to spend more on our military, goes on and on and on and it has been a disaster.
