Girls Who Code teamed up with our incredible partners to pilot Industry Immersion Day, our first in-person SIP event since 2019 Thanks to their support, over 130 of our students were able to get a firsthand, on-site glimpse of working in the tech industry. Our students were able to hear directly from employees and tech leaders about their tech journeys and how they navigate the industry.
Together, our community participated in virtual classrooms, network, built sisterhood and participated in hands-on coding activities where they built innovative apps to solve real-world issues. Thank you so much to our partners @RTXCorporation , JP Morgan Chase & Co., @BankofAmerica , Software.org, DTCC , and @kpmg . With your participation, our students are one step closer to changing the face of tech.
