And then, shortly after that, Frank Biden began scouting real estate business opportunities there. Joe took a trip to Costa Rica, and then the government there announced a new project to renew real estate with a big project. And guess who's company would be in charge? Yup...Frank Biden's! But don't worry...the failed venture ultimately only cost U.S. tax payers tens of millions of dollars...
