5:55Now PlayingPolice in Houston, TX recently were alerted to huge billows of smoke coming from the Chinese Consulate there. The reason? They were BURNING all documents and information after being ordered to close...which kind of sounds like something you'd see in a Nazi movie. The US State Department said the decision was made to protect American intellectual property and private information, but the Foreign Ministry in China is outraged, saying the "unprecedented" decision violates international law and relations.
And, meanwhile, China also just ordered citizens to remove any Christian symbol and replace it with a portrait of Mao...which is ALSO something you'd see in a (historically accurate) Nazi movie.
