Yikes. Then, while making statement about Biden, President Trump ineloquently said the former vice president's policy decisions are against God. But as Glenn points out, do we actually EXPECT Trump to speak beautifully? Either way, the president's words were enough for CNN's Chris Cuomo to declare him mentally "impaired" to run the White House....but Biden IS?!
