Parent Pleads With Those ‘Tolerating’ The Radical Left: ‘Woke-ism Will SWALLOW Our Kids’

Writer and New York City parent Sohrab Ahmari recently wrote a powerful op-ed in the New York Post in which he describes how Upper East Side parents aren’t as fond of ‘woke-ism’ as you may think (even despite being ‘solidly liberal Manhattanites'). They’d prefer for their children to be taught ‘real knowledge’ rather than to ‘mediate endlessly on their own race, gender, and sexuality.’ But Ahmari says these parents are willing to tolerate the radical left's ideology if it means their status — and their children’s status — remains unquestioned. His powerful piece begs the question: what are we willing to sacrifice to defeat the left’s radical ideas? Are we willing to sacrifice our jobs, our money, or our societal positions?
