Data shows black Americans are the ones most reluctant about the vaccine, so fining black athletes who don't receive one will negatively impact them more than a majority of their white teammates. Anyway, Whitlock says, it’s DEMOCRATS who constantly tell black Americans that everybody is against them…so is it any surprise that black Americans are a little untrustworthy of government?!
