Chief Anemone was a street cop who rose through the ranks of the NYPD up to the Chief of Department, the highest uniform rank in the NYPD. Chief Anemone changed policing in the 1990's, not only changing the morale of the NYPD, but New York City itself by his policies and crime fighting tactics. Along with a team consisting of Deputy Commissioner Jack Maples, !st Deputy Police Commissioner John Timoney, and Police Commissioner Bill Bratton this Dream Team set off on a quest to make New York City safer, and the members of the NYPD proud once again.
