YouTube Description
as posted by the channel#IAmRemarkable is a global movement that empowers everyone, including underrepresented groups, to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond, while challenging the social perception around self-promotion.
After attending an #IAmRemarkable workshop, Egle Mazonaite was inspired to bring #IAmRemarkable to her Merkle colleagues. During International Women's Day 2019 Merkle employees ran over 40 workshops to more than 600 employees across the US. As a result, the company saw better performance, team cohesion and inclusion - so much so that they are now rolling the workshops out globally.
The #IAmRemarkable initiative was founded by Anna Vainer in 2015.
The #IAmRemarkable movement has reached over 50,000 participants across 62 countries as of July 2019.
