YouTube Description
as posted by the channelWhat do you do after you've come off a "mountaintop" spiritual experience and now you just don't "feel" God the same way? Many Christians experience these spiritual highs, only to be surprised that when the conference, retreat, concert, etc. is over, the feelings fade and you don't feel God like you did before. In this video I talk about what to do on Monday morning, when you're back to life as usual, and everything seems the same as it was before. While the feelings we get from these mountaintop experiences often quickly fade, they don't have to be without impact, and we can use these experiences as a catalyst for lasting change and growth in our faith. If you want to see your faith grow and not feel like you're on a roller coaster of emotions in your faith journey, then this video is for you. In this video I give some practical tips as well as a few thoughts about VOUS Conference 2019, my most recent "mountaintop" experience. Got questions? Want to know more? About me:
Hey! My name is Austin, and I'm a 20 year old guy with a passion for people. I believe the good news is that God is better than we could've ever hoped, and I love sharing this message of grace and love with anyone that will listen. I'm the former Digital Marketing and Video Production Coordinator at a large, evangelical church in Frederick, MD, and I'm currently a student at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL. When I'm not writing papers or making YouTube videos, I do freelance work as a Wedding Photographer/Videographer and social media consultant. On any given day you can find me with my nose in a book or a guitar in my hands. Want to get to know me more? Follow me and say hi on Instagram at: @austin.suggs
