Ultimately our hearts will gravitate towards this vision of the good life, and as our hearts go, so goes our actions. What we see as the good life will ultimately become what we worship, and as Christians we must guard our hearts from being given over to inferior desires and visions of thriving. It is only when we reorient our hearts to desire God that we can begin to truly worship him.
