as posted by the channel"Your weakness is the canvas upon which God paints his masterpiece called grace" - these are the words that came to mind when I heard my professor speaking on 2 Corinthians 12. Often times we seek to have everything under control, be the master of our own destiny, and triumph over anything that comes our way through our own power. Because of this, we effectively tell God that we have no need for his grace and his power. However, in 2 Corinthians 12, through the story of the thorn in his flesh, Paul reveals this insight: God's power is made perfect in our weakness. In essence, God's power is seen in our life when we recognize our own weakness and our dependence upon him.
