as posted by the channelOn August 14th when I waved goodbye to my family and girlfriend I embarked on a new journey in a brand new place. Moving from a small town in Maryland out to the heart of Midwest's biggest city - Chicago - was no small change. I came to Moody knowing no one, and just one semester in so much has changed. Today, as I finished out the first semester, I wanted to reflect on this past semester and express my gratitude to God and to all the people that have made my Moody experience so special. If you're considering going to Bible college or coming to Moody Bible Institute specifically, I hope this video gives you a glimpse into what it's like. By the way, my offer to show you around the city is a serious one, feel free to take me up on it!

Hey! My name is Austin, and I'm a 20 year old guy with a passion for people. I believe the good news is that God is better than we could've ever hoped, and I love sharing this message of grace and love with anyone that will listen. I'm the former Digital Marketing and Video Production Coordinator at a large, evangelical church in Frederick, MD, and I'm currently a student at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL. When I'm not writing papers or making YouTube videos, I do freelance work as a Wedding Photographer/Videographer and social media consultant.
