as posted by the channelThere seems to be a growing tide of people that say they love Jesus, but they're just not too big of fans of church. Is that ok for Christians? Can Christians love Jesus and hate the church? In this video we explore the connection between loving Jesus and loving the church. I hope by the end of this video you're challenged to see that we must not separate these two ideas: loving God and loving the church. These two things should go hand in hand. Are we hurt by the church at some times? Absolutely. Are churches messy? Absolutely. Do we sometimes not feel like going to church? Absolutely. Do we give up on church? I pray we never do. The goal of this series is to cultivate in us a love for the church that mirrors Christ's love for the church, and it's my hope that this video has moved you towards that, even in some small way.
