In this video, the second in our "Heretics You Should Know" series, I give a basic overview of the life and teachings of Marcion. As I note in the video, reconstructing the teachings of Marcion is difficult due to the fact that we only get his teachings through the mouths of his detractors. So, take this with a grain of salt.
With Marcion as with many other early heretics, there's a wide range of scholarly views on what exactly he taught. Rather than parsing those in this video, I simply wanted to give a brief introduction.
