Catholic apologetics is blowing up online. In some ways, I think that's good. At its best, it promotes in-depth conversations about theology and church history. I'm all for that. At its worst though, it prioritizes disagreements while overlooking the substantial agreements that Protestants and Catholics have. Worse, when it does this, it is out of step with the most recent teaching of the Catholic Church.

In this video, I cover four areas where I think some Catholic apologists could benefit from taking another look at how recent popes and ecumenical dialogues have addressed these issues.
