Thank you. From the bottom of my heart, to each and every one of you watching this right now. If there’s any take away that I’ve learned over the last few years…it’s just this:

First, always be honest…put longevity, integrity, and transparency above EVERYTHING else.

I chose to focus on making the types of videos that I, myself, would actually want to watch with no hidden agenda…I really wanted to post a video and feel proud of it, knowing that this was the type of information I wish I had access to when I was younger.

Secondly, I chose to share ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING on this channel…

I’m always completely open about how much money this channel makes, or what I’m investing in and why…but I also really believe that personal finance is so much more than just numbers on a computer screen….finance indirectly compasses so many other aspects of our lives, from relationships, self confidence, our failures, and all the other life experiences that make you, who you are today.

Third, I really believe we’re all in this together…

Whatever I learn or figure out along the way, I share. This isn’t just my journey here…it’s all of ours, and we’re all part of it. We, as people, can do so much more with the help of others than we can by ourselves…and that’s been my mindset from the very beginning.

Fourth, be appreciative…

Even though I’ve worked a LOT to post 3 videos per week, for almost 3 years, doing EVERYTHING on my own, while also working full time in real estate…I’m not naive to think that I did this all myself. This is very much a group effort, and I am absolutely and eternally grateful for you.

And fifth…I really believe it’s so important just to love what you do.

I’ve found that people can tell when you’re really passionate and excited about something, and that shows through in the work that you do. Something as small as that makes the BIGGEST difference…and you know the saying: Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. For me, I never saw these videos as a job….I just had fun getting to nerd out about my interest in credit cards, real estate, and investing..and that was it.

And today, all of that has led up to this exact point in time, where we now crossed this one million subscriber milestone…so thank you, so so much.obviously, you are just as much as part of this as I am.

And if there’s anything I want to end this video with, it’s this: don’t EVER believe you can’t do something. EVER. I am a perfect example of someone who didn’t believe I had what it took to ever be in this position…

So if there’s something that you’ve wanted to do, but you don’t feel like you have what it takes…you do. I promise you, just believe me…I am nothing special, but if you want it badly and put your mind to it without giving it…I know you can make it happen.
