"A former Arkansas police chief serving a decades-long sentence for murder and rape shockingly escaped prison by disguising himself as a jail worker.
Grant Hardin, 50, escaped the North Central Unit in Calico Rock around 2:50pm Sunday, after being imprisoned there since 2017.
A surveillance camera caught the moment he slipped out through the jail's sally port wearing a 'makeshift outfit designed to mimic law enforcement,' the Arkansas Department of Corrections said."
