It was on Thursday that the Texas school shooting suspect Timothy George Simpkins was released, posting his $75,000 bail.
He'll be monitored by GPS, undergo regular drug and alcohol testing, and be confined to his home until his trial date.
But the alleged gunman received a welcome home party celebrating his freedom. This revelation comes from The Sun which credited an Instagram account seemingly related to Simpkins that posted the picture.
