A jury on Friday recommended life in prison without the possibility of parole for the four men found guilty in the death of Jacksonville rapper Charles “Julio Foolio” Jones.
A jury found Isaiah Chance, 23, Sean Gathright, 20, Rashad Murphy, 32, and Davion Murphy, 29, guilty of first-degree murder and conspiracy charges in the fatal shooting death of Jones on June 23, 2024, in an ambush attack while he was celebrating his birthday.
