as posted by the channelRichard M Allen, 50, of Delphi, Indiana was arrested on Friday, October 28th, 2022 and charged with 2 counts of murder for the murders of Abigail Williams and Liberty German.
Superintendent Doug Carter has said that he is confident they have the right man and that they have not ruled anyone else out yet who may have also, in some way, had involvement in the murders of Abby Williams and Libby German.
Libby and Abby were murdered on February 13th, 2017, after crossing the Monon High Bridge and uploading photos to Snapchat at 2.13 PM. Their bodies were found the next day on Ron Logan's property, 1400 feet from his house. For 5 years and 8 months, investigators have worked hard to identify the man who Libby recorded on her phone, known by all who have followed the case as "bridge guy". Now we have a name and a face for him and he is being held without bond on 2 counts of murder, with a trial expected to start in March 2023.
