as posted by the channelAshley Benefield, a former swimsuit model and ballerina was charged with murdering her husband and father of her child, Doug Benefield on September 27th, 2020 in Florida. The pair had met in 2016 at a dinner part during the presidential campaign and just thirteen days later, 24-year-old Ashley married 54-year-old Doug, who had lost his wife nine months earlier.
Ashley is set to go on trial in the Summer of 2024 for second-degree murder and is currently out on bond (after she spent two weeks in jail).
