as posted by the channelA family of four and their three dogs who recently moved to Romeoville in Chicago were found shot to death in their home on Sunday, September 17th, 2023. The victims, Alberto Rolon (38), Zoraida Bartolomei (32), their two sons age 7 and 9 and their 3 dogs were killed in what police are saying was a targeted attack. Police believe they were shot between 9PM on Saturday and 5AM on Sunday.
The Romeoville Police Department Deputy Chief Chris Burne said: "This incident is the police department’s top priority. All officers and professional staff have been working tirelessly on this case. Our detectives and crime-scene investigators have spent the last 36 hours collecting a tremendous amount of physical evidence." Police have ruled out murder-su*c*de.
Update: Suspect and his partner are deceased.
