Day 3 Eye Drop Poisoning Trial | Jessy Kurczewski Accused of Murdering Friend Lynn Hernan

Jesse Kurczewski, 39, is on trial for the murder of her friend, Lynn Hernan, who was 62 years old when she was found deceased in her home in the city of Pewaukee, Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Prosecutors allege that she stole $290 000 from Lynn before poisoning her with six bottles of eye drops and staging an o/d scene. Lynn had been struggling with her health for a while, but in October 2018 she was found dead in her recliner chair with crushed pills on her chest and prescription bottles nearby. While her death was initially believed to be an o/d, her autopsy showed that there was more to the story.

Jessy Kurczewski faces first-degree intentional homicide charges, as well as two counts of felony theft. Her trial is expected to last 2-3 weeks (15 days); let's watch it together!
