as posted by the channelGurpreet Singh is accused of murdering his wife and three of her relative in their West Chester apartment in April 2019. His first trial, which last three weeks, ended in a hung jury (11 against 1), which resulted in a mistrial. Now, Singh has waived his right to a jury trial, leaving three judges to decide his fate in his upcoming April 29th re-trial. The victims are: his wife, Shalinderjit Kaur, her parents, Parmjit Kaur and Hakiakat Singh Pannag, and his wife’s aunt, Amarjit Kaur, who were all shot inside the apartment. Gurpreet was charged with four counts of aggravated murder in April 2019
