Case background: On November 13th, 2022, between 3 and 4 AM, four University of Idaho students were murdered in their off-campus college home at 1122 King Road (Queen Road) in Moscow, Idaho. Kaylee Goncalves, Maddie Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin were all stabbed, while Kaylee's dog Murphy was in another room, and two unharmed roommates were in the house. Bryan Kohberger was arrested on December 30th, 2022 in Pennysylvania and charged with 4 counts of first degree murder and 1 count of felony burglary for the murders of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin. On January 3rd, Bryan had an extradition hearing in Pennsylvania, where he waived extradition and must be transported to Idaho within 10 calendar days. He has arrived in Moscow, Idaho and booked into the Latah County Jail. The probable cause was released on January 5th, 2022, the same day that Bryan was arraigned in Idaho.
