His first trial, which last three weeks, ended in a hung jury (11 against 1), which resulted in a mistrial. His second trial was a BENCH TRIAL, which included a three-judge panel, who came to a GUILTY verdict and have sentenced him to death for each victim's death! The victims are: his wife, Shalinderjit Kaur, her parents, Parmjit Kaur and Hakiakat Singh Pannag, and his wife’s aunt, Amarjit Kaur, who were all shot inside the apartment.
