as posted by the channelOn May 31st, 2024, A 30-year old mother of four's body was found hanging from a dock, partially submerged in water, with her arm in an unusual position in League City, Texas, along Davis road at the marina. Giselle Tapia-Salazar's death was originally thought to be her own decision, but investigators ruled her death a homicide.
Her body was discovered by her neighbor, Christian Allen, who immediately noticed that one of her arms was in an unusual position. League City Police Lieutenant Eric Cox said, "Because of the position of her arm, we believe she probably passed away somewhere else. Rigor mortis set in and then when she was moved, her arms stayed in that position". UPDATE: Her boyfriend, James Hart was arrested and charged with tampering or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair a human corpse.
“Detectives are requesting anyone with information regarding the case, who wishes to remain anonymous, to contact Galveston County Crime Stoppers at 409-763-TIPS (8477),” LCPD said on Facebook. “Information leading to an arrest or conviction could result in a cash reward of up to $5,000.”
