as posted by the channelShana Cloud, a 50-year-old woman from Fayetteville, North Carolina, has been charged with first-degree murder and concealment of death in connection with the killing of her husband, Clinton "Clint" Bonnell, also 50. Clinton, a retired Green Beret and physician assistant student at Methodist University, was reported missing on January 28, 2025, after failing to attend class, prompting a welfare check by the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office. When deputies arrived at the couple's home, Cloud claimed she hadn’t seen Bonnell since the previous day, though his vehicle and personal items were present. On February 25, 2025, authorities received a call about human remains found in a body of water in Fayetteville. DNA testing confirmed on March 28, 2025, that the dismembered torso belonged to Bonnell. Cloud was arrested the same day at her residence without incident. The investigation revealed that Bonnell had planned to divorce Cloud, which may have been a motive. She is currently held without bond at the Cumberland County Detention Center, with her next court date set for April 17, 2025
