Adam Montgomery's Appeal Exposed: Why He's Demanding a New Trial After Daughter's Death

NEW HAMPSHIRE: Harmony Renee Montgomery, a beautiful 5-year-old girl was last seen in November 2019, and murdered by her violent father, Adam Montgomery, on December 7th, 2019. She was reported missing by her mother Crystal Sorrey in November 2021, and by January 2022, Adam and his wife, Kayla were arrested. In February 2024 of second-degree murder, assault, witness tampering, falsifying evidence, and abuse of a corpse. In May 2024, he was sentenced to 35 years to life for the murder, plus additional time, totaling at least 56 years in prison (consecutive to his weapons trial sentence). Now he wants a new trial.
