In this video, we discuss the arrest of a man accused of impersonation and sending a fake ransom message, according to federal authorities. Investigators say the suspect contacted Nancy Guthrie’s family while falsely claiming involvement in her disappearance.
Law enforcement agencies, including ground search teams, K-9 units, drones, helicopters, and aircraft, have conducted extensive searches throughout the Catalina Foothills area. The Pima County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public to review home security and surveillance footage from the evening of January 31st, particularly near Skyline Drive and Campbell Avenue. Anyone with information is urged to contact 1800-CALL-FBI, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department at 520-351-4900 or call 911.
