as posted by the channelKouri Richins, a 35-year-old mother of three boys was on trial in Utah for the murder of her husband, Eric Richins, who died in March 2022 from a f*ntan*l overdose. Prosecutors alleged that she spiked his drink on March 3, 2022 with five times the lethal dose and that she had attempted to poison him weeks before on Valentines day. She also wrote a children's book to help her sons deal with the loss of their father- the State showed how she used a ghostwriter for this and that her motivation was also purely financial. She was charged with attempted aggravated m*rder, aggravated m*rder, insurance fraud and forgery and was found guilty on all counts on March 16th, 2026. The jury deliberated for just under 3 hours. Two jurors have since come forward to speak about their experience. Let's discuss some of the highlights from these interviews!
