Her father’s fiancée, 50-year-old Emily Kelly, along with Kelly’s mother (75) and daughter (24), were arrested and charged in connection with Jor’Dynn’s murder. Prosecutors allege the girl suffered nearly 90 injuries, including brutal beatings, restraints, and untreated internal trauma. Despite being placed in Kelly’s care by Child Protective Services, Jor’Dynn missed dozens of school days while enduring unimaginable suffering.
