On November 9, 2025 @galvestonislandtransparency and I were cop watching when we spotted Josh Warner a.k.a. Boston detaining two people we immediately knew he wasn’t real police and confronted him and he fled the scene. We reported him to police and he was arrested on December 22, 2025 Josh Warner is still being held in the Galveston County Jail on a half a million bond, we suspect more charges are coming and the Galveston Police Department are asking if anybody has been illegally detained by this man or if he impersonated a police officer or ice agent in their presence to contact the Galveston police department.
