In a follow-up to his earlier video, Hawk returns with an update after the testimony of Lance Twiggs, also known as Luna Twiggs, continued in Tyler Robinson's preliminary hearing. On the stand, Twiggs testified that Robinson confessed to killing Charlie Kirk, and by Hawk's count the evidence now points to at least four separate confessions: a note left under a keyboard, text message exchanges, an in-person conversation, and statements to Robinson's parents.
Hawk, a former criminal defense attorney, walks through the evidence now in the record, including the Discord group chat first reported by journalist Ken Klippenstein and additional text messages reported by the New York Times. He explains why this far exceeds the probable cause standard, why Twiggs received state and federal immunity, and why he expects Robinson to be held over for trial and, absent something dramatic, convicted.
Along the way Hawk reacts to Fox News commentary from John Yoo on how the judge is running the courtroom, credits Megyn Kelly's legally sound take, and addresses the Candace Owens conspiracy theories along with the Ben Shapiro feud, dismissing the assassination claims as baseless.
