Will This Administration Hide an Indicted Murder Suspect in the Murder of Renee Good?

The Department of Justice under Trump and Pam Bondi operates as an explicit arm of the presidency for the first time in American history. Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch, who previously served as Trump's defense team in his Manhattan criminal trial resulting in 34 felony convictions, have surrendered DOJ independence in ways not seen since Nixon.

The federal government is concealing Jonathan Ross, an ICE agent who shot Renee Good three times in the head during a Minnesota incident. Agents in ski masks raided Ross's home, seizing laptops and computers now unaccounted for. The government refuses to disclose the location of evidence or the shooter himself. Trump, the vice president, and the Department of Homeland Security have made clear they will not prosecute Jonathan Ross, claiming the killing was justified and labeling victim Renee Good a domestic terrorist.

Minnesota authorities are expected to pursue a grand jury indictment for second or third degree murder against Jonathan Ross based on video evidence and witness statements. The grand jury stage requires only probable cause, while trial demands proof beyond a reasonable doubt. The federal government appears to be protecting a murder suspect from arrest by state authorities in the jurisdiction where the alleged murder occurred, an unprecedented situation in American legal history.

The FBI and DOJ are investigating Renee Good's background, attempting to link her to radical left-wing Antifa organizations to justify their domestic terrorist classification. If Minnesota obtains an indictment, the question becomes whether federal authorities will continue concealing an indicted murder suspect from local prosecutors and courts seeking to bring him to trial.
