What influence do clouds have on climate and climate change?
Cloud researcher, Prof. Stephan Borrmann from the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, devotes himself to these questions.
He and his team study clouds and their composition. To do this, the cloud chasers undertake adventurous journeys into the clouds and fly as far as Antarctica. Through their research, climate models can be defined more precisely. These are used, for example, for weather forecasting.
Do you know what clouds are made of?
