A life facing insulting comments and discrimination left her in a state of despair. But then things turned around. She met Richard after this man felt called by the Lord to specifically marry someone with a facial disfigurement. They conceived a child, who was miscarried. Carrie saw of vision of her son in the arms of Jesus, and later, miraculously, she saw that exact same vision in a painting. Several miracles followed. Today Carrie and Richard counsel mothers who have had an abortion and those who are considering abortion. They share a message of hope, encouragement, and not one of condemnation. Indeed, Carrie forgave her biological mother and the two became friends. And she also established a relationship with her biological father who had left her mother upon hearing of Carrie's mother's pregnancy. Be prepared to be inspired by this amazing couple!
