In this video Heimler goes through everything you need to know about APUSH Unit 1 Topic 6 (1.6) which is all about the effects of European, Native American, and African interaction in the Americas from 1607 to 1754. Ultimately, these three groups held different worldviews, and often that led to misunderstand (at best) and conflict (at worst). However, over time they borrowed some useful cultural traits from each other. Even so, European domination in the Americas often created the need for Native Americans to defend their land and seek to escape the subjugation of the Europeans.
