36:21Now PlayingBishop Tony Caldwell warned the public mid September of a serial killer targeting black women in Kansas City. He was dismissed. Weeks later a black woman escaped Timothy Haslett Jr.'s house in Excelsior Springs. She went missing from the same location (Prospect Avenue) that Bishop Caldwell warned women were disappearing from.
The woman stated her other friends "didn't make it"
Timothy Haslett is currently behind bars charged with Kidnapping and rape. Police are still investigating after the victim escaped his residence.
