1:45Now PlayingAccording to BOSSIP, a federal grand jury have found sufficient evidence to indict Taxstone, whose real name is Daryl Campbell, on on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, and receiving a gun through interstate commerce.
In the indictment papers, filed on Feb. 16, federal prosecutors alleged that Taxstone was in possession of an illegal 9-millimeter Kel-Tec semi-automatic handgun on the night of the shooting.
