as posted by the channelAccording to The Associated Press, federal prosecutors hit the 36-year-old Dipset rapper with a two-count indictment, which was handed up on Monday by a federal grand jury. One of the counts is for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon while the second count is for carrying a firearm on an airplane.
Juelz was originally arrested after fleeing from Newark Liberty International Airport because a .38 caliber handgun and Oxycodone were found in his luggage on March 9. He turned himself in to authorities on March 12. On April 6, he made bail after his mother secured a $500,000 bail bond by putting up her Englewood, N.J. home. As a condition of his bail, Juelz was required to wear an ankle brace 24/7.
