Walk It Talk It" featuring Drake was Migos' biggest single of 2018 and one of the most memorable videos of the year—but now, the song has landed the Atlanta trio in court. The Quality Control rap group is being sued over the track by a rapper who claims they ripped off his original version he put out over a decade ago.
Leander C. Pickett a.k.a. M.O.S. has filed a lawsuit against the group, according to TMZ. He claims to have created the song "Walk It Talk It" all the way back in 2007. It appeared on his DJ Folk-hosted mixtape It's Like a Movie the following year, and does have a very similar chorus as the Migos track. He alleges it uses a "substantial portion" of his song. Picket filed a copyright on his song two months later and has since issued a lawsuit against Migos and Capital Records. He is also requesting the group be stopped from performing the track.Let me know what you think of the song?
