YouTube Description
as posted by the channelToday (Nov. 7), 6ix9ine's manager Shottie has officially turned himself into the New York Police Department for allegedly instigating a shooting in New York City that left one of his crew members injured. TMZ confirmed the news earlier today (Nov. 6).
Nearly two weeks ago, Shottie was apparently one of three of Tekashi's friends who attempted to crash the "Fefe" rapper's scheduled dinner with 10K Projects exec Elliot Grainge. After Grainge's armed bodyguards denied the Tr3yway crew entry to the Chinese-fusion restaurant Philippe Chow, witnesses told the NYPD that Shottie escalated the heated situation between his crew and the label head's security.According to the celebrity news site, Shottie made the confrontation worse by violently striking one of the bodyguards with a chair. Witnesses also heard him verbally threaten him. "I'm going to violate you both with gunshots," Shottie allegedly muttered to the guards. That's when one of the guards saw someone in 6ix9ine's crew reach for their waist, which prompted him to pull out his weapon and open fire.
6ix9ine had already fled the scene before gunfire ensued and had been cleared of wrongdoing by law enforcement. Although his crew members were arrested and charged with gang assault, Shottie's attorney previously said that his client wasn't involved at all, and insisted the charges would be dropped. Obviously, that's not the case.
The ordeal comes not long after 6ix9ine himself avoided time behind bars. Before his dinner with Grainge, the Brooklyn spitter received four years probation in lieu of jail for a sexual misconduct case from 2015. He was also sentenced to serve 1,000 hours of community service after violating the terms of his plea agreement.
