5:25Now PlayingMore Breaking News About Tekashi 6ix9ine.The U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York has agreed “not to prosecute the defendant for the crimes set forth in Counts One through Nine…. as well as additional crimes that the defendant has told the government about,” according to a newly unsealed plea deal. “Should the defendant successfully cooperate, the government agrees that it will file at the time of sentencing a motion… for a sentence below any mandatory minimum,” the plea deal reads.
If he cooperates fully, 6ix9ine can also be entitled to witness protection. The DUMMY BOY rapper's hearing is set for January 24th, 2020, during which a federal judge will determine the terms of his sentencing.
His daughter's mother had commented on this possibility. "You gotta read in between the words," she said, in reference to a transcript she read aloud on VladTv "He basically admitted to the crimes he took part of, his participation, and he's agreeing to disclose any other information as far as what happened and who was there and how it happened. And set forth, since he has done that, as long as he doesn't get into any further criminal activity or crime, all nine counts are out the window. That's how I take it.
