as posted by the channelActor Darius McCrary has filed a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend, who he claims has been 'terrorizing' him for quite some time.
The 46-year-old actor - best known for playing Eddie Winslow in the 1990s sitcom Family Matters - had initially filed an order of protection back in August.
However, the order was not granted because McCrary was a no-show at the hearing, claiming in new court documents (via The Blast) that she's 'terrorizing' him - which comes nearly four years after he settled his divorce with Tammy Brawner - adding he's fearful of ending up like comedian Phil Hartman, who was murdered by his wife in 1998.
