YouTube Description
as posted by the channelCasimir Pulaski, or Kazimierz Pułaski if you prefer, lived a heck of a life. Was the Bar Confederation ultimately successful in preventing the partition of Poland? Maybe not. Would someone else have saved George Washington's life if Ben Franklin hadn't recruited Pulaski one fateful day? Perhaps. But dang it, not just anyone will defend liberty in their own country, much less in someone else's. At least, that's what he said he was doing, he was technically a refugee mercenary. Happy Casimir Pulaski Day!
