YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe NSB (Nationaal-Socialistische Beweging/ National Socialist Movement) was the Dutch Nazi Party that collaborated with the Germans during the German occupation of the Netherlands in World War II (1940 – 1945). What about this party before the war? It was founded in 1931 by Anton Mussert and Cornelis van Geelkerken. It did see some success in Dutch politics, but a downfall followed. Why was that? Why wasn't Dutch fascism popular in the Netherlands before World War 2? In this video I will talk about the rise of the NSB and its leader Anton Mussert.
