Fascism and Nazism was not only prevelant in Italy and Germany in the run-up and during the Second World War. Zbor, officially known as the Yugoslav National Movement "Zbor," was a fascist political organization founded in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia during the interwar period. Established in 1935 by Dimitrije Ljotić, Zbor aimed to promote Serbian nationalism and fascism in opposition to the Yugoslav monarchy. Ljotić's party advocated for a centralized, authoritarian government, emphasizing the cultural and ethnic dominance of the Serbian people. Zbor's ideology was deeply rooted in the belief of a Greater Serbia, viewing the Yugoslav state as an obstacle to achieving this goal. The party was overtly anti-Semitic and anti-communist. After the Axis power had taken over Yugoslavia Zbor closely worked together with the Germans in the Serbian puppet government named Government of National Salvation. At war's end Ljotic died in a car accident. After WW2 the party was declared illegal by Tito's communist government.
