In a statement, the army said its forces struck a military structure on Tuesday in which Hezbollah militants were operating from in the area of Majdal Selm in southern Lebanon. Also on Tuesday, pagers used by hundreds of Hezbollah members exploded near-simultaneously in Lebanon and Syria, killing at least nine people, including an 8-year-old girl.Hezbollah and the Lebanese government blamed Israel for what appeared to be a sophisticated remote attack. The Israeli military declined to comment.An Iraqi plane carrying more than 15 tonnes of medical aid arrived at Beirut's main airport on Wednesday, a day after the deadly pager blasts claimed 9 lives and injured over 3,000.
